So, it’s December and the new year is fast approaching! As such we want to remind everyone of a couple of exciting things that we are sure most retailers are going through right now in one form or another.

Shipping Cut Off Date Christmas 2020

Remember, Wednesday 23/12/2020 is the last pick-up date for our partner couriers. We have local pick-up right up until Christmas Eve (Closed Christmas Day & New Years Day), and throughout the public holiday period, just call first please!

Where are your products produced and are you drop shippers?

Various places and in a word; NO! Allow me to unpack this answer a little bit further.

A drop shipper is someone who takes payment, uses that payment to buy a product for a cheaper price, the product is then sent out and the drop shipper takes a cut. It is not very possible to do this in Covid times as travel and international cargo is relatively slow in most cases, or hellishly expensive.

We have spent over $125,000 making sure we have stock in Australia since July 2020, and this number grows every week. In most cases, we will first get quotes from Transdirect (Australia) and Sendle (Australia) to research the fastest and most viable options for internal delivery. These platforms are a hub for all major couriers operating within Australia. If we cannot find a viable and speedy option on these platforms, we will try Australia Post.

If we cannot find a viable speedy option using any of the company’s listed above, we will contact our suppliers and have your product sent via DHL, Fedex, or an equivalent express service. In all cases your shipping is booked within 24 hours. We chose to do this because it makes for faster turnaround times when necessary, i.e. the end customer experience is what is in mind when we are making said choices.

Are our products produced and Manufactured in Australia?
Like most high-end electronic goods, our products are not manufactured in Australia; you can check your label. The customer should be in no confusion about this, and we make our electronics in factories associated with the best in the world. If you are an Australian company with an interest in manufacturing our products, and think you can replicate the high end workmanship that we warrant for up to 5 years, please contact us!
